weight loss tip no1 :)

hii :) quick post for my first weight loss tip! number 1 :) look up and count the calorie's on everything!-there isnt alot of things that doesnt have calorie's,the only thing ive found is water! like even tic tacs are 2 cals each. look out for hidden cals too, i had still flavoured water 500ml, and it was 100 cals each! i hadnt checked,:(. okies thats your first tip! hope you liked it! x

weight loss tips :)

hii :) so this isnt really beauty but it is sorta! ive been ''big'' since i could get into cupbroads and the fridge! ive tried slimming world,weightwatchers fat counting, and calorie counting. but about 4 months ago,that was it, im 18 this year and my weight has always stopped me from living my life, so i wanted to see in my 18th brithday losing weight. since febuary ive dropped 2-3 dress sizes! ive been calorie counting, witch is what works best for me, so i thought i would start a new ''thing'' on my blog, giving out tips and tricks in posts, for people who want go down the same road as me! bye for now x

where have i been?

hi :), sorry i havnt been around alot on here and youtube the reason for that is i started my first job! its going well. well it was untill i woke up today feeling ill! o great!. anyway, since i have been at work ive had no time to blog or to make videos. i will blog this weekend but videos well have to wait because like i said im not well at the moment and finding it hard to talk!. im sorry an i will be back with videos when i get a spare moment and my voice back!. and bloggers you well see somes posts this weekend hopefully! because i dont need to talk for this! byee x

reveiw-the body shop sweet lemon shower gel

hii :)

ok well if you have not guessed yet, this is a reveiw for the body shops new sweet lemon shower gel.

im not sure when the sweet lemon rage came out, but it was in the past few months, theres lots in the rage, lip balms,body lotion,soap etc.

the shower gel costs £6.00, i brought 2 bottles (one for my mum) when they had a deal on witch was 2 for £8.00 i think its pretty good value for money.

a little goes a LONG way, you dont need alot,it leaves my skin feeling clean and soft witch is pretty hard to come by!.

all in all i really like this product, and im going to try some more body shop products soon, and more body shop reveiws coming up!
