weight loss tip no1 :)

hii :) quick post for my first weight loss tip! number 1 :) look up and count the calorie's on everything!-there isnt alot of things that doesnt have calorie's,the only thing ive found is water! like even tic tacs are 2 cals each. look out for hidden cals too, i had still flavoured water 500ml, and it was 100 cals each! i hadnt checked,:(. okies thats your first tip! hope you liked it! x
