letter to your sixteen year old self 14/08/2008

cat at reaching for the stars wrote one of these that made me cry and and think, and impired me to write one too :).

so its your 16th, you have had a few hard years but you think there over now schools gone. your 16th is one of your best birthdays ever, make sure you take every moment in. you think your happy but your not deep inside, you hate the way you look, and you want a boyfriend more than anything.
the boy you like right now, who you have liked for way to long isnt who you think he is, and im sorry but he will never like you in that way.
this year coming up is gonna be one of your hardest yet, keep your head together, you well come out the other side.
your fighting with food, and well for a while belive me though, you turn it around :).
dont worry about guys, your the most importment to sort out right now.
you think your friends are everything, im sorry to say this but they find other things/people.

its 3 years since your 16th, last feb your weight got up too 24 stone, but you have now (by yourself) lost 9 stone, you have a job witch you love, your still battling with your mind/emotions, but im sure you'll get there, one day.

reveiw-n-spa vanilla creme brulee shower and bath gel

whats this? a beauty reveiw? on my beauty blog? wow!
anyway,i love n-spa they make shower gels,bath gels,body butters,body scrubs you get the picture!
my favorite products from them are there shower and bath gels, i have ALOT of them!
so im going to start reveiwing all of my n-spa goodies.

so im starting off with there vanilla creme brulee shower and bath gel.
on every product they make they have little poems in the front so on vanilla creme brulee it says '' ''if'' said the wise man, ''the sea was vanilla,might the owl and the pussycat have changed their minds and sat instead on caramel coated sands with waves topped with creme...life would be simple,rich and fulfilled. shall we go there one day?''

vanilla creme brulee smells like vanilla and butter sugar,so very creme brulee like!its lathers up really nicely and doesnt dry skin out, witch is good.

the little bottle that i have costs about £2.00, i get them from asda and they are often on offer.
n-spa do not test on animals.

weigh in day :)

hii :)

today i woke up and on a wim, i wanted to weigh myself, unlike most ''dieters'' i only weight myself anywhen between 1-3 months.
its been about 5 weeks since i last weighted myself.

well since then i have lost 9 pounds! bringing my total to 9 stone lost :)
i was so shocked i had lost anything! i have been stuggleing at the moment with food, alot.

im very very happy :)

and this is a bit late but the monday after half term (28th feb was a year since i started losing weight! a year!

heya, i have found my camera and lead now, so beauty posts aplenty coming soon! promise.

O. Overnight hospital stays:when i was born me and mum stayed in hospital for a week because i had jaundice (yellow skin) and my mums iron levels were WAY too low.
